Getting started

What is FeelFlow?
FeelFlow is a platform to create cards (memories/events) with text, themes/shapes, media (photo/audio/video/multi-image slider) and, if enabled, a guestbook. You can then share the card via a link, generate a PDF if available, and duplicate your creations.
How do I create a card?
  • Sign in and open the dashboard.
  • Choose a theme and a shape (portrait/landscape/square/round).
  • Fill in the name and date.
  • Add your text and media.
  • Save.
How to create an account?
Go to the registration page, fill in the form with your use ame, email, password, country and preferred language. Submit to create your account.
How to log in?
Use the login form with your use ame and password. If you forgot your credentials, click on "Forgot password".
How to reset my password?
Click on "Forgot password" on the login page, enter your email. You will receive a link to set a new password (valid for 1 hour).
Can I use the site without an account? (guest mode)
Yes, you can create a card in guest mode. However, it will not be saved and cannot be shared. To save and publish, you need to create an account.

How much do features cost?
Features are accessible using tokens. For example, duplicating a card costs 10 tokens, generating a PDF costs 20 tokens, and opening a guestbook costs 15 tokens.
How to extend the duration of a card or guestbook?
You can extend the duration using tokens: +7 days (5 tokens), +30 days (15 tokens) or +90 days (20 tokens).
How to unlock premium options?
Some advanced features, such as themes, videos, or premium shapes, require tokens. Prices vary depending on the option (e.g., premium theme 15 tokens, unlimited video 50 tokens).
How do tokens work?
Tokens are used to activate features on your cards and guestbooks. Each action consumes a certain number of tokens, automatically defined in the system.
Can prices change?
Yes, prices may change.

They are defined in your profile and may be adjusted based on offers, promotions, or service updates.

Prices displayed on the platform always reflect the current configuration.

Account & security

How to delete my account?
Account deletion is not self-service. Please contact the administrator via the contact form.
Public vs private cards: what’s the difference?
  • Public: accessible via the link.
  • Private: requires the link and an access key.

You can choose this mode when creating/editing.

What if my account is blocked?
Contact the admin via the contact form to find out the reason and request unblocking.
Where can I find a private card’s key?
The key is shown in the card editor (dashboard). Keep it safe: FeelFlow cannot guarantee recovery if it’s lost.
How do I use a promo code?
In your profile, Referral tab, enter your code in the 🎁 field and click Apply.
How do I edit an existing card?
From the dashboard, click Edit on the card thumbnail. Update what you need and click Save. Existing settings (theme, privacy, key, etc.) are preserved.
How to change my personal information (email, country, language)?
Go to your profile, "My info" tab. You can change your email, country and preferred language there.
How to change my password?
In your profile, "Security" tab, enter your current password and then the new password (min. 8 characters).
How does referral work?
In your profile under Referral, you will find your unique code and link. You can also enter a promo code (🎁) in this same tab to unlock advantages.
What are RBAC permissions?
RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) rights define the actions you can perform according to your role (user, admin, etc.). See the "My rights" tab in your profile.
How to contact the administrator?
Use the contact form in your profile, "Contact" tab. Describe your problem, the administrator will reply by email.

Create & edit cards

How to duplicate a card?
From your dashboard, find the card to duplicate and click the ⧉ (Duplicate) button. A copy is created with the same settings. The duplicate is saved as a draft.
Can I edit a card after publishing?
Yes, edits are immediate. Private cards still require the access key.
How to add multiple images?
You have two options: 1. Multi-image Slider (up to 5 images) in Step 7 "Media", click the Multi-images icon. 2. Stock Image Gallery to choose a thematic image from our library.
How to create a multi-image slider?
In the editor (Step 7), click Multi-images (stacked icon). Upload 1-5 images and set the transition interval (in ms).
Why is my theme missing on the thumbnail?
If the theme is empty, the thumbnail may fall back to a default look. In edit mode, make sure a theme is selected and save. (Some thumbnails refresh after saving.)
How do I share a card?
  • Open the card (View button / link).
  • Copy the URL.
  • If it’s private, also share the access key.
How does the guestbook work?
Visitors can leave messages (depending on your settings). Messages appear on the card and may be included in the memory-book PDF.
How to choose a theme?
In step 2 of the wizard, select a theme from the categories. Locked themes require a higher level.
How to use AI text generation?
In step 5, choose an event and a tone, then click on "AI suggestion". A text will be generated, you can adapt it before inserting.
How to add a long text?
Step 8 allows you to enter a long message. Use the toolbar to format (bold, italic, alignment, etc.).
How to adjust the size and position of an image?
Once the image is imported, use the sliders or the +/- buttons in the control bar to change the width, and the arrows to move it.
How to add a video to my card?
In step 7, click on the video button (📹) and select a video file. The video will appear in the preview.
How to record a video from my camera?
Click on "Record" in the video section, allow access to camera and microphone. The video will be captured and added automatically.
What is the difference between draft and published?
A draft is only visible to you. A published card is accessible according to its visibility (public or private).

Privacy & sharing

How to make a card public?
In Step 10, select "Public" (🌐). Any private key will be revoked.
How to share on social media?
On the card page, use the buttons for WhatsApp, Facebook, Email, or the QR Code.
Who can see my private card?
Only those with the link and the access key. Owners and admins have full access.
What media formats are supported?
You can add images and, depending on options, record or upload audio/video. Limits (size/format) depend on server configuration and your browser.
How do I generate a PDF (memory book)?
From the card or dashboard, use the PDF generation option. The PDF can include the main text, media, and guestbook messages depending on your settings.
Can I delete a card?
Yes. From the dashboard, use the delete action (if available for your account). Deletion removes the card and related data.
How to search for public cards?
On the homepage, use filters by keyword, event, country and sort by date.
How does QR code sharing work?
On the card page, a "Share" section displays a QR code. Scan it to directly access the card.

Media & AI

How to use AI to generate an image?
The AI only generates text (Step 5). It does not create images.
What image formats are accepted?
We accept standard formats: JPG, PNG, WebP, and GIF. Max size is usually 10–25 MB.
What are the video formats and limits?
MP4 and WebM are recommended. Duration depends on your level: 15s, 30s, or unlimited.
What is the maximum file size?
The maximum size is 25 MB per media file (image, video, or audio).
Can I upload videos from my phone?
Yes, Step 7 is mobile-optimized. You can upload or record directly.
Is my data shared?
No. FeelFlow does not sell your data. Data may be hosted by technical providers only to operate the service. See the Privacy Policy for details.
I can’t access a private card—what should I do?
Make sure the URL is complete and the key is correct (no extra spaces). If you are the owner, verify the key in the card editor.
How to know if a card is private?
On the card, a "🔒 Private" badge indicates that it requires an access key. Public cards have a "🌍 Public" badge.
What image formats are supported?
Common formats: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF. Maximum size depends on server configuration.
What video formats are supported?
MP4, WebM, OGG are generally supported. Maximum duration depends on your level (15s, 30s, unlimited).
Is there a size limit for media?
Yes, file size is limited (e.g., 25 MB for videos). Check the server configuration.

Guestbook & PDF

How to customize the PDF?
Choose a title, a style (mode , classic, etc.), and select which messages to include.
How do I report abuse?
Use the contact/support channel. FeelFlow may restrict or remove access to content reported as abusive.
How does AI text generation work?
The AI proposes a text based on the selected event and tone. You can then edit it manually.
How to leave a text message in the guestbook?
On the card page, in the "Guestbook" section, choose "Text message", enter your name and message, then send.
How to leave a video or audio message?
Select "Video message" or "Audio message", upload a file or record directly. Respect the duration limits.
Is there a duration limit for video/audio messages?
Yes, depending on the card owner's level: 15s, 30s, 60s or unlimited.
How do likes work?
Click on the heart under a message to like it. The counter increments. Visitors can like without being logged in.
How to reply to a comment? (for creators/admins)
If you are the creator or admin, a "Reply" button appears. Enter your reply and choose whether it is public.
How to manage comments (block, delete)?
Moderators and admins have buttons to block or delete a comment. Blocked comments are hidden from visitors.
How to configure the guestbook (dates, opening)?
In step 9 of the wizard, you can enable the guestbook, set whether it is open, visible, and specify opening/closing dates.

How long are my tokens valid?
The validity period of tokens depends on the purchased pack.

Currently configured durations:

Mini : 60 days
Midi : 60 days
Maxi : 90 days
Ultra : 365 days

These durations are automatically updated according to the administration settings.
How do tokens work?
Tokens allow access to premium features on the platform.

Each action (advanced creation, media addition, specific options, etc.) may consume a certain number of tokens.

Costs are defined in the administration and may evolve over time.
How long are cards and guestbooks available?

Durations depend on the level policies defined in the admin panel.

Current configuration: Upgrade to Medium : 1000 tokens
Upgrade to Premium : 2000 tokens

If durations are changed in the admin, this answer is updated automatically.

Are promotions or promo codes applied automatically?
When a promotional offer or promo code is available and valid, it is applied according to the rules set by the platform. The conditions displayed at the time of purchase are binding.
Can I extend the duration of a card?

Yes, when a duration extension is offered for your card.

Currently configured rates per day by level: +7 days : 5 tokens
+30 days : 15 tokens
+90 days : 20 tokens

The exact cost depends on your level, the number of days added and the active configuration in the admin panel.

Can the access or availability duration vary?
Yes. Depending on the chosen offer, the activated option or the access level, certain durations may vary. The duration displayed on the platform at the time of activation or purchase is binding.
What payment methods are currently available?
Available payment methods are defined in the administration panel.

These options may change at any time depending on the configuration.
How do promo codes work?

A promo code can unlock a benefit depending on its configuration: tokens, options, temporary level upgrades, or other features allowed by the administration.

  • A code may be time-limited.
  • It may have a maximum number of uses.
  • It may be restricted to one use per account.
  • An expired, inactive, or already used code may be rejected.

The exact benefits depend on the active code at the time of use.

Can I duplicate an existing card?

Yes, if your role, level or permissions allow duplication.

When the option is available on your account, it lets you use an existing card as a starting point. If the option does not appear, it generally means it is not enabled for your current profile.

Why don't certain options appear on my account?

Some features depend on your role, level, active permissions, and sometimes the card's status.

For example, access to certain shapes, themes, media, durations, exports, duplications or moderation actions may vary by profile.

If an option is missing, first check your level and current rights. If needed, contact the administrator.

Troubleshooting

What if my card doesn't load?
Check your connection and refresh. Ensure the card is published and, if private, the access key is correct.
How to solve login issues?
Verify your use ame/password or use the "Forgot Password" link.
What if the PDF doesn't generate?
Ensure you selected at least one guestbook message and the card is published.
Why are my media files not appearing?
Supported: JPG, PNG, WebP, MP4, MP3. Check size limits (25MB video/15MB audio).
Audio/Video playback issues
Use a mode browser. Ensure the format is supported (MP4/WebM/MP3).
Error sending guestbook message
Check if the guestbook is open. Name and message are mandatory for text posts.
Can I select messages to include in the PDF?
Yes, when generating the PDF, you can check/uncheck the messages you want to include.
What if my video does not display?
Check the format and size. If the problem persists, contact the administrator.
What if my image does not load?
Make sure the file is valid and in a supported format. Try again.

Moderation & reporting

What if I don't receive the reset email?
Check your spam folder. If nothing arrives, use the contact form to ask for help.
How to block a comment?
As a moderator, use the 🚫 button under the comment. The comment will be hidden with a notice.
How to delete a comment?
The ✕ button permanently deletes a comment (reserved for admins and moderators).
How to manage replies to comments?
Enable replies in the guestbook settings. Then creators can reply. Replies can be made public.
