Terms of Use

1. Service Description

FeelFlow is a platform for creating, customising, saving and sharing cards (memories/events) combining text, media and, where applicable, a guestbook. Supported media includes images, a multi-image slider (up to 5 rotating photos), audio and video. Some features allow exports (e.g. guestbook PDF).

Basic access is free. Advanced features are available via a token system acquired through purchase or allocation (promotional codes, referrals, admin credits). The service is provided in the state available at the time of use.

2. User Account

You are responsible for the information you provide, the confidentiality of your credentials and all actions taken through your account. You must not use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Each account is associated with a grade determining the default features available and the lifetime of your content. Available grades are: Standard, Medium, Premium and Special. A grade may be assigned temporarily (promotion, promo code): upon expiry the account automatically reverts to the previous grade.

Subject to applicable eligibility conditions, certain features or benefits may be unlocked via promotional codes, referrals or token purchases.

3. Public / Private Cards

You may create public cards (accessible via link) or private cards (link + access key). Switching to private mode is an unlockable option. You are responsible for sharing the link and, if applicable, the access key, and for any consequences of unintended sharing.

4. Card and Guestbook Lifetime

Each card and its associated guestbook have a lifetime determined by the creator's grade at the time of creation. Indicative values based on current policies:

  • Standard: 4 days (card + guestbook)
  • Medium: 10 days
  • Premium: 20 days
  • Special: unlimited

These durations may change. As expiry approaches, a notification is sent. Upon expiry, the guestbook is automatically closed. The card may be archived or deactivated according to the settings in force. It is your responsibility to keep copies of important content.

Lifetime can be extended via token options (+7 days, +30 days, +90 days) or, where available, via direct payment. Extensions apply to the relevant card and/or guestbook.

5. Token System

FeelFlow uses a token system to unlock advanced options and features. Tokens can be obtained through:

  • Purchase of token packs via secure online payment (Stripe);
  • Manual allocation by the administration team;
  • Use of a "credits" type promotional code;
  • Referral programme, subject to eligibility conditions.

Tokens are linked to your account and usable exclusively on FeelFlow. They have a validity period defined per pack or allocation (from 60 to 365 days). Expired tokens are automatically removed with no compensation. Any remaining token balance is forfeited upon account closure.

Purchased tokens are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless otherwise required by law. In the event of a proven error or fault attributable to FeelFlow, a claim may be submitted to support.

6. Token-Unlockable Options

Certain features require tokens to be activated on a specific card or guestbook. Indicative list (costs may change):

  • Private card (key access) — per-card option
  • Multi-image slider (up to 5 rotating photos) — per-card option
  • Card video (15s / 30s / unlimited) — per-card option
  • Video upload from computer — per-card option
  • Direct video recording from camera — per-card option
  • Image upload from computer — per-card option
  • Smart image gallery — per-card option
  • Card duplication — one-time action
  • Card deletion — one-time action
  • Guestbook PDF generation — one-time action
  • View / download / edit / delete saved PDF — options
  • Guestbook audio (30s / 60s / unlimited) — per-entry option
  • Guestbook video (15s / 30s / unlimited) — per-entry option
  • Lifetime extension (+7d / +30d / +90d) — per-card option
  • Open a guestbook — per-card option
  • Manage replies in guestbook — option

Some options may also be granted by the administration, via a promotional code or based on grade. Unlocking an option is consumed upon activation and is non-refundable if the feature is not subsequently used.

7. Payments

Financial transactions (token pack purchases, paid lifetime extensions where applicable) are processed via Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified secure payment provider. FeelFlow stores no banking data on its servers. In the event of a payment dispute, please contact support or your bank.

Prices are stated in euros (EUR) inclusive of applicable taxes. FeelFlow reserves the right to modify token pack pricing. Changes do not affect tokens already acquired.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you publish. You confirm you hold the necessary rights over all content (text, images, multi-image sliders, audio, video, guestbook entries) and agree not to post unlawful, hateful, defamatory, violent or rights-infringing content.

Content posted in the guestbook by visitors (text, audio, video, replies) is subject to the same rules. The card creator remains responsible for the participation framework they open (public/private status, comment activation, reply management).

9. AI Assistance (if available)

Where AI assistance features exist, outputs are provided as a help tool only. You are solely responsible for how you use, verify and publish them.

10. Notifications

FeelFlow may send you system notifications related to your account and content: approaching card or guestbook expiry, extension confirmations or rejections, token credits, administration team messages. Notifications are accessible from your member area and may be sent by email according to your preferences.

11. Availability & Maintenance

FeelFlow uses reasonable efforts to maintain service availability, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Maintenance operations may require temporary downtime.

12. Liability

FeelFlow is not liable for indirect damages, data loss due to external causes, automatic expiry of content that has reached its term, expiry of unconsumed tokens, or consequences of unauthorised link/key sharing by users. In the event of reported abusive content, FeelFlow may restrict or remove access.

13. Data Protection

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect service developments, new features or legal requirements. The version published on the site at the time of use applies. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
