1. General Information
FeelFlow is a platform for creating and sharing cards (memories/events). The service is provided "as is", within the technical and functional limitations available at the time of use. Information and content accessible through the site carry no guarantee of outcome or continuous availability.
Certain advanced features are accessible through a token system acquired for a fee (pack purchase) or allocated free of charge (promotional codes, referrals, admin credit). Making these features available does not constitute a guarantee of result or a commitment to their continued existence.
2. User-Generated Content
Content published on the platform — texts, images, multi-image sliders, card videos, guestbook entries (text, audio, video), replies and likes — is published under the sole responsibility of its authors. FeelFlow does not pre-moderate content. Upon report of unlawful, abusive, hateful, defamatory or rights-infringing content, action may be taken: content removal, access restriction, account suspension or ban.
The card creator is responsible for the participation framework they open (public or restricted guestbook, audio/video comment activation, reply management). It is their responsibility to monitor and, where necessary, moderate visitor contributions.
3. Links & Access
Public cards are accessible to anyone with the link. Private cards require an access key set by the creator. FeelFlow cannot be held responsible for unauthorised sharing of the link or key by the user, or for the consequences of access obtained by a third party as a result of such sharing.
4. Content Lifetime & Expiry
Cards and guestbooks have a limited lifetime determined by the creator's grade at the time of creation (from 4 days for the Standard grade to unlimited for Special). Upon expiry:
- the guestbook is automatically closed to new contributions;
- the card may be archived or deactivated according to the settings in force;
- content not saved by the user may no longer be accessible.
It is strongly recommended to save important content before expiry. Generating the guestbook PDF is one available save option. FeelFlow does not guarantee recovery of expired content.
5. Tokens & Purchases
Tokens acquired (through purchase, allocation or promotional code) are subject to a validity period. Expired tokens are permanently removed from the account. FeelFlow cannot be held responsible for token loss resulting from non-use within the allotted time.
In the event of extended or permanent service interruption, FeelFlow undertakes to inform users as promptly as possible. No guarantee is given regarding the refund of unconsumed tokens in the event of cessation of activity, unless otherwise required by law.
FeelFlow stores no bank card data. Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified provider. FeelFlow cannot be held responsible for Stripe payment system malfunctions beyond its control.
6. Technical Limitations
Despite our efforts, downtime, errors or data loss may occur (planned maintenance, technical incidents, network constraints, attacks). PDF generation, media upload and features relying on third-party services may be temporarily affected. Keeping a local copy of important content is recommended.
7. Intellectual Property
The constituent elements of the FeelFlow platform (excluding user-submitted content) — design, code, interfaces, editorial texts, illustrative images — are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, extraction or use is strictly prohibited.
Content posted by users remains their property. By publishing it on FeelFlow, you grant the service the rights strictly necessary for its display, storage and processing within the scope of the features offered (e.g. PDF generation).
